Natasha Rodgers
Director | Clinical Psychologist | Board Approved Supervisor

Natasha is a Clinical Psychologist who works with adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns, with a particular focus on trauma and trauma-related presentations.
Natasha has a special interest in supporting people who have experienced PTSD and complex PTSD (cPTSD), childhood and developmental trauma, interpersonal trauma, attachment-related difficulties, complex grief and loss, and the ongoing emotional and relational impacts of traumatic experiences. She understands that trauma can affect people in many different ways and takes the time to understand each client’s experiences, needs and goals for therapy.
Her broader clinical experience includes working with anxiety and mood disorders, adjustment to significant life stressors, personality vulnerabilities, self-esteem concerns, interpersonal and relationship difficulties, and complex grief and loss.
Natasha brings a warm, compassionate and curious approach to therapy. She prioritises creating a safe, collaborative and non-judgemental space where clients can explore difficult experiences at a pace that feels appropriate for them. Her approach is individualised, recognising that meaningful therapy looks different for every person.
Natasha has experience across both public and private mental health settings, including private inpatient services, older adult rehabilitation, suicide crisis services, and individual and group-based psychological treatment.
She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and draws from a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Exposure Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Treatment is tailored to each client’s presentation, preferences and therapeutic goals.
Natasha completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at Western Sydney University and a Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS).
