Breanna is a Registered Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor with over 13 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families across a range of mental health presentations. She has worked across education, private practice and out-of-home care settings, supporting clients through challenges including anxiety, mood disorders, emotional regulation difficulties, trauma, school related concerns and adjusting to life transitions.
Breanna is passionate about helping people feel heard, understood and supported in a warm and non-judgemental environment. She values building strong therapeutic relationships and works collaboratively with clients to help them better understand themselves, strengthen their coping strategies and improve connection in their relationships and overall functioning in their everyday lives.
Alongside her private practice work, Breanna has experience consulting with schools and communities navigating complex mental health presentations and crises' including mental health crises and natural disaster support. She is an experienced facilitator and speaker on topics including; Improving Mental Health and understanding and supporting Mental Illness.
Breanna uses a range of evidence-based approaches tailored to the individual needs of each client, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) , Schema Therapy and strengths-based approaches.
Breanna welcomes adolescents, adults and parents for therapy and support.
