At Insight Positive Psychological Services (IPPS), we believe that mental health support should be accessible, practical, and tailored to the needs of the people we work with. Whether you prefer learning alongside others in a group setting or completing a program at your own pace from home, we have options to suit a variety of needs and lifestyles.

Group Programs

Our group programs provide a supportive environment where participants can learn practical skills, share experiences, and connect with others facing similar challenges.

Groups may focus on areas such as:

Online Programs

Our online programs allow you to access professional mental health support and education from wherever you are.

  • Interactive activities and worksheets

  • Downloadable resources

  • Lifetime or extended access (depending on the program)
